The moment that I and a whole lot of other Android users have been waiting for has finally arrived! Instagram is here!!! SO excited.

Other random tidbits as of late ~

I’m getting older. That’s just life, but I refuse to FEEL or LOOK older. And hopefully, better diet and exercise plus those awesome Asian genes I have will help me out with that. Whenever I get a gray hair, it’s never actually gray but silver. I think I’ve had like four silver hairs my entire life. Don’t hate. I have this silvery red strand of hair in my bangs right now that coyly shows itself from time to time, and I think it’s awesome because seriously…silver hair kicks ass.

Which brings me to The Color Run, a fun and happy way to get the body movin’ and groovin’.

I’ve never been a runner type of girl. I’ve gone back and forth trying, and I may try to get up to running 3 miles before this. If not, I will happily speed walk, half jog and skip like a champ. Could I pick a better 5K to start with than this? I think not.

The one trait I remember about my stepdad was that he always seemed hip to the latest and greatest technology and stuff…ya know, back in the 80s. Do you have a cool geek dad?

Last weekend was a first where Kevin and I got down to some honky tonk. I sadly did not get documented imagery of the first time Kevin has ever danced with me that was NOT slow dancing. Bummer.

We also saw The Hunger Games film over the weekend which was pretty good. I’m late to the game (ha! no pun intended) on this series, but I’ve been rather engrossed with the second book. The novels are pretty simplistic and easy-reading, but the second one thankfully has a lot more character development than the first one. I’m reading it on my phone at night as Kevin sleeps, and it’s akin to the ‘little nerd girl me’ who used to read in the dark with a flashlight. Oh yeah, I’m cool.
